My third loaf (well second one in an actual loaf shape, the first was circular).

Straight from the oven:

Hard (if not impossible) to tell from these photos, but it was steaming nicely when cut, I lit the background too much.

Once it had cooled slightly I cut some more and finished up some cheese and wine with it. It was pretty damn good.
